WE PRIORITIZE YOU AND YOUR PET'S SAFETY.

PET HEALTH AND SAFETY

All pets must be up to date on vaccinations and flea/tick prevention.

Pets showing signs of illness must be cared for by a veterinarian.

Pet owners must inform The Cuddly Hollow staff about any health concerns (current and past) so that the staff are fully equipped to take care of their pet.

Pets must be diapered and leashed or stay in their career/bag at all times to avoid accidents or dangerous situations between pets.
CAFE POLICIES

Owners are responsible for keeping human food that may not be safe for animals away from their own pets and other pets.

Pets are allowed to sit on the floor, benches, and chairs. They are not allowed to sit on the tables and countertops.
WASTE MANAGEMENT

Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.

Hazardous waste must be disposed of in the appropriate garbage cans.

Pets must wear diapers in the cafe premises at all times.


BEHAVIOR AND TEMPERAMENT

Owners must be disclose any behavioral concerns.

Aggressive pets may not be accepted in the premises.

Pets must be supervised at all times. Excessively disruptive behavior may result in a request to leave.

Owners shall be responsible for their pets within the store and Pioneer Center compound premises.
GROOMING AND BOARDING GUIDELINES

Pet Grooming may take an estimated time of 1.5 to 4 hours depending on the service.

Pet owners shall be responsible for picking up their pets in a timely manner. Late pick-ups will be subject to our Day Care Fees.

Pets will only be released to the pet owner or a person legally authorized by the pet owner.

Check-in and check-out must be within store hours.
-
Timekeeping starts upon check-in of the pet.

Grooming service is on a first come first serve basis.

A 50% deposit is required for reservations. The deposit will be forfeited as a cancellation / no show fee if the pet owner is not able to make the appointment without giving at least 24 hours prior notice.
